| Policies : | HOUSE RULES 1.Bookings for rooms that were not paid in full by the time of reservation must be paid on the day of arrival. 2.Breakfast will be served between 07h00 and 08h00. 3.Omega BB will supply dinner and supper on request, please discuss with manager on duty on arrival. 4.All rooms must be evacuated before 11h00 on the day of departure. 5.Please make sure that you empty all the cupboards and the room before departure. (Omega BB can not be held liable for belongings that were left behind) 6.If you have any personal belongings that need to be put in a safe, please contact the manager where you can sign the register for your safe keep items. 7.Omega BB proud themselves in the fact that their guests always come back for another stay because of the quietness of the house and we would like to ask you to help as build on that reputation. 8.NO SMOKING is permitted in the house. 9.No alcohol and or usage thereof are permitted on the premises. 10.The entrance door of the house must be kept locked at all times. 11.Please lock the door of your room when leaving the house. 12.Rooms will be cleaned on a daily basis. 13.No visitors are allowed inside any bedroom at any time. Should you break this rule you will loose your payment and be asked to leave the premises immediately. No ornament token or article of this BB is permitted to be taken as souvenir. 14.No washing of vehicles and equipment on the premises is allowed. (Please ask manager for assistance) 15.Laundry services are not available at Omega BB. (Please ask manager for assistance) 16.A first aid kit is available at the manager on duty. |
