Like most monumental /historic houses in Amsterdam we have steep narrow stairs. To reach the Patio rooms, there is a 12-steps stairs and the for the upper rooms, 3 flights of stairs going up. Try not to bring super sized Suitcases, but 2 smaller ones. If you check-out before 9.00 am, we are not able to help you with your luggage. We have 2 sweet cats, living on the ground floor in our private living , sometimes they go to the hallway where the patio rooms are. All our rooms are non smoking. You can check in between 9.00 and 22.00 hours. In the confirmation email is written at what time we expect you. If you come earlier or later without letting us know, there is a small risk we are not at home, because of other appointments. If you pay with a credit/debit card or paypal , there is a 4% surcharge. We strongly recommend to get a personal travel insurance that will provide adequate cover during your stay and will also compensate you if you need to cancel or cannot meet your obligations regarding your booked accommodations. |
