| Cancellation : | We understand that sometimes the unpredictable turns of life get in the way of vacation plans. In order to provide fair service to our guests and still maintain business practices that help us keep our rates affordable, we provide the following cancellation policy.
All reservation fees are non-refundable. Cancellations made prior to 90 days of the reservation arrival date can apply 100% of the reservation deposit to a future reservation, as long as reservation is made within one year of reservation date. If cancellation is occurs within 90 days of the reservation, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged and the remaining 50% can be applied to any reservation made within one year of reservation date. Your reservation is transferable. |
