The Little Red House

Hello, a warm welcome awaits as The Little Red House - a cross between a B&B (as a full English breakfast is available) and a cottage as the accommodation is an entire annexe attached to our own home. It includes a private dining and living area, ensuite superking size bedroom and private enclosed garden.

It is just 10 miles south of Birmingham and only minutes away from the M5 / M42 / M40 and M6 motorway network in Central England. This makes it a great place to explore the UK from, stopover on long car journeys or stay if working in the Midlands.

The whole space is booked on an exclusive basis for the length of your stay and can sleep up to 5 people (e.g. a family of 2 adults and 3 children or two couples who are friends).

Its location up a private drive give views out over open farmland and it is a bright and airy building with a contemporary country feel.

Many attractions like Cadbury World, West Midlands Safari Park, Birmingham Think Tank, Warwick Castle, The Cotswolds and The Clent Hills are all within easy reach and there is a nice country pub within 5 minutes walk that serves good food and is also family friendly.

Upstairs - Ensuite bedroom that can be arranged as either a twin or superking to suit with option of additional child's bed in room. Downstairs private dining table that can seat up to 6 people, living area (with double sofa bed for additional children or friends). Outside through double opening French doors is an enclosed garden with seating area. Accommodation also includes extras to make your stay as comfortable as possible e.g. Coffee & Tea making facilities, hair dryer, iron, hot water bottles etc Good local pub within 5 minutes walk or 1 minutes drive

Cancellation :	A deposit of £60 may be taken upon booking to reserve The Little Red House. In the event of a cancellation less than 7 days in advance or non-arrival, this money is non-refundable as it is used to cover one night's stay. Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance will be refunded in full
Policies :	A deposit of £60 may be taken by way of a cheque or internet banking.
