Surya Sadan

Surya Sadan is Family managed boutique homestay for tourists, volunteers, students and longstay guests. It is a house of a rajput family which belongs to the shekhawat clan of warrior rajputs. The family also owns a historic fort 80 kms from Jaipur. The family has 5 well furnished air-conditioned rooms with mini bar and 3 air-cooled rooms for the guests. All the rooms have attached modern baths with running hot and cold water and European style toiletts. A fully furnished dinning cum kitchen having common refrigerator, gas&burner, toaster, RO filterred drinking water is available for exclusive use by the guest for free. We also provide free breakfast and free WiFi internet.
The guest feels comfortable as there is no hustle bustle around the house. The family members invite them to share their travel experience and the household ladies are always willing to teach them some of the finest delicasies of Rajasthani cuisine.
Being the perfect centre of the city in the residential area, many of the local restaurants and coffee shops are located at 10 minutes walk. At 5 minutes walk one can find a cycle rickshaw, a tuk tuk(taxi) or a city bus to reach the centre of the pink city close to World famous Hawa Mahal and enjoy the bustling street market of Jaipur. Taxi can be arranged to visit many of the important tourist sites located in and around Jaipur. One can experience the most exciting elephant ride in a royal way to the Amber fort, Worlds biggest canon on wheels at Jai garh fort, Worlds biggest silver jars at the palace museum, monkey valley at Galta and the biggest Sundial at the astronomical observatory.
