| Cancellation : | Booking Cancellation should be made at least 15 days before the booking date. Any Cancellation made 7-14 days from the booking date will incur 50% of the one night accommodation plus tour permits (if applicable). Any cancellation made less than 7days before the booking date will incur one (1) night accommodation charges plus tour permits (if applicable). Rebooking is subject to availability of the unit/room of the offered accommodation. If there is available room, no charges shall apply for the rebooking of accommodation made at least 20days before the booking dates. Unused Tour permits due to rebooking and/or booking cancellation will be charged accordingly. Rebooking made less than 20days before the booking date will incur 50% deduction from the reservation fee. Refund of the remaining deposit shall be processed within ten (10) working days after a formal notice of Cancellation thru email was received by Prima Residences. |

| From the Puerto Princesa Airport, you may take a tricycle and head towards the the South National Highway. We are located in Front of Department of Agriculture - Seed Farm, right across is the D. Cabanillas Road, and Prima Residences is just 50m from the National Highway. Airport Van Transfer may be arranged at P300/trip, but guests may avail this for free if they will book at least two (2) tour packages thru us. |
