> The amount of 50% of the total booking price including taxes will be charged, if you cancel at least 15 days before the date of your reservation. The amount of 100% of the total booking price including taxes will be charged if you cancel at least 7 days before the date of your reservation.
Policies : A deposit by PayPal of 30% of complete booking fee is necessary with bookings of more than 2 nights. There will be no refund of any deposit, but you can use this deposit within 10 months for another reservations, starting from the date of your previous booking.

Coming from HIGHWAY 20:
Cross the Pierre Laporte bridge and exit right on Blvd. Laurier. Continue approximately 5 km (3 miles) until Holland Avenue. Look for Shell and Esso gas stations. Turn left. Continue for 1 km to Rue Marie-Rollet. Turn left. Our house is at # 1336.

Coming from HIGHWAY 40:
At the very end of the highway on the first intersection watch for Ave. St. Sacrement. Turn right and drive uphill.
Cross intersection. One block after intersection turn right in Rue Marie-Rollet. Our humble abode is at # 1336.

« ACACIAS - bed & breakfast - l'experience d'une réussite » L'accomplissement de mes devoirs filiaux à Québec a donné lieu à une rencontre charmante avec les hôtes Marc et Marie qui ont été inspirés par l'élaboration d'un gîte. Les hôtes ont pour moi incarnés un sens unique de la vocation à travers le développement de leur projet. En effet, j'ai été enchantée par l'opportunité de glisser au cœur de cette chaumière avec tout le potentiel retrouvé de détente, de confort, d'intimité et voire même de ressourcement en ce lieu paisible. Originaire de la ville de Québec, ce gîte offre pour moi une situation géographique particulièrement intéressante en raison de son voisinage agréable et de la proximité de tous les services comme des commerces divers, institutions financières, centre de santé, transport en commun, lieux culturels et touristiques. En somme, ACACIAS est devenue au fil du temps une conviction depuis 2009 quant à la qualité de l'hébergement qu'il offre, à l'appui de mes 140 nuitées !
