Introducing the Shearwater Inn, the newest bed and breakfast situated in East Quogue, the “Gateway to the Hamptons.” The Shearwater Inn is close to our beautiful ocean beaches, outlet shopping, antique stores, the Riverhead Aquarium, farms, wineries, and all the excitement and fun the East end of Long Island has to offer. We offer a full hot breakfast, wireless internet service, cable television and afternoon refreshments. Private parking is available at the inn. Singles, couples, and families are all welcome as well as destination wedding parties, or any other type of event.

| We offer four spacious bedrooms which are all ensuite with whirlpool tubs and separate showers. All rooms have central air conditioning, cable television, free wireless internet, and DVD players. Each room offers a queen size bed, with cots available for children. All rooms have a hair dryer in the bathroom, an iron and ironing board, and luggage racks. All of our beds have pillowtop mattresses with linens by Peacock Alley. Each room also has a vanity, with a mirror, in addition to the luxurious bedding.
We supply beach chairs, umbrellas, and provide the beach passes free of charge. We observe a strict non-smoking policy. Sorry, no pets. You may choose from the White Linen Room, Red Toile Room, Blue Rose Room and Cameo Rose Room. The White Linen and Red Toile are our two largest and most extravagant guest bedrooms. However, all the rooms are beautiful and we are sure that you would have a wonderful stay in any of them. |

| What to see & do : | The Shearwater Inn is located across from the Pine Neck Nature Conservancy which offers scenic hiking trails. We offer beach passes to Ponqougue Beach. Additionally, we are about a five minute walk from the Shinnecock Inlet!
We offer free reservations to over 20 east end wineries. You can sample ALL of Long Island’s great wines, and what each vineyard has to offer. For more information on the amazing vineyards on Long Island please visit: http://www.liwines.com Other attractions include Splish Splash Water Park, Tanger Outlet Center, wineries, Atlantis Aquarium, farms, antique shopping, boating, sky diving and fine dining at many famous area restaurants. Take Sunrise Highway east to Exit 64 South. Follow the sign to East Quogue (bear left). Make a left (east) on Montauk Highway. Pass East Quogue shopping district, and make a right on Josiah Foster Path. The Inn is located on the left side of the path, at address number 25. |
