PACO Cabin

Our house is located in the mountains, so you can remove the fatigue of trip and can be so relax. Safety and quiet area to live and full of nature without any shops nearby, so you’ll be able to be so relax here.You can use a small charming log cabin as your room. There are many craftsmen specially potters in this area.
For two people, you can use a sofa-bed for an extra bed and, for three people, there’s a recipe to sleep.
If you want dinner, you will have homemade dinner with us in our dinning. As I like cooking, if you want, you may join me cooking as well and we hope you will enjoy our dishes.

You will have a clean and a nice private room with bed(s), washing basin, toilet, air conditioner, tea (coffee)set, an electric hot water heating pot and so on like a student room, but for taking a shower or a bath, you have to come to the purlin by 15 steps. Towels, tooth brash and paste equipped in your room. Shampoo, body soap equipped in bath room. It is prohibited smoking. We keep a dog (shibainu) outside. If you have your own laptop you can use our wireless internet (free) in your room. Use of the home phone is not permitted. You can ask me your laundry or you can use our washing machine for your laundry for free.

Cancellation :	The full amount of the reservation will be charged and paid at checking-in and is non-refundable. Early departure falls within our cancellation policy. There are no refunds for early departure. We reserve the right to treat a partial cancellation as a cancellation for the entire stay.
Policies :	We’re calm and the atmosphere is quiet and clean. So we hope the guests also like that. You will have the determined time zones for meals and bath (shower) to make distinction of the time.

Directions

Transportation:
-15 minutes from Japan Rail(JR) station named “Rokujizo” by car.
JR Nara Line is very convenient to go Kyoto and Nara area. It takes 10 minutes by express(Kaisoku) trains or 17 minutes by local(Futsu) ones from Kyoto Station to Rokujizo Station.
-15 minutes from subway station named “Rokujizo” by car. This station is close to JR station. It’s easy to go
to the downtown of Kyoto and some
interesting spots.
-20 minutes from Keihan Line train station named “Rokujizo” by car. This line takes you to the center of Kyoto
or Osaka.
Free pickups and drop-offs at the nearest station “Rokujizo”, but let us have a limit of the time. Or if you make use of taxi, it costs about JPY1800.
Pickups and drop-offs at the Kyoto Station by us at JPY3000 for one way.
